Who this policy covers

This policy explains what Premier Atherton Concrete collects when you use our website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Atherton, CA, and this site exists so homeowners and property owners can learn about our work and ask us for an estimate.

It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, because they have their own policies.

Information you give us

When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.

Our form is run by an outside form service, so your entries pass through that service before they reach us. If you call us at (650) 516-3703 or email us instead, we keep a record of the call or message so we can follow up.

We only ask for what we need to answer you and quote the work. Please don't send payment card numbers or other sensitive details through the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours can collect basic technical details when you visit. This can include your browser type, device type, general location based on your IP address, the pages you viewed and how you reached the site.

We may use analytics tools and cookies to gather this. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember settings or count visits. We use this information in total to see which pages help people and which don't, not to build a profile of you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your request, set up an on-site estimate, plan and schedule the job, and keep in touch about it. We also use it to keep records of the work we've done at your property.

We use site analytics to fix problems and make the site easier to use.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their marketing. We share it only with services that help us run the site and the business, such as our form and analytics providers, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, stand behind it and meet our tax and business record obligations. If you asked for an estimate and we never did a job, we don't keep that information longer than we reasonably need it.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

If you live in California, state law gives you rights over your personal information, including the right to know what's collected, the right to ask for deletion and the right not to be treated differently for using those rights. We'll honor those requests as the law requires.

We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, such as limiting who on our team can see it and using services with standard security in place. No website or email is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent online will never be intercepted.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our site or the law changes. The current version is always the one on this page, so check back if you have questions about how we handle your information.

Questions or privacy concerns

If you have a question about this policy, want to use any of the rights above or think we've mishandled your information, reach out through our contact page or call (650) 516-3703. We'll look into it and get back to you.

You can read more about who we are on our about page.
